We are currently seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic cafe baristas to join our dynamic team. As a cafe all-rounder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining high standards of quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for quality coffee. You will also need to be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
As a member of our team, you can expect to work up to 30-40 hours per week, with ongoing career opportunities and a fantastic team culture. Our cafe is a fun and supportive environment, where you can develop your skills and take on new challenges.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food to a consistently high standard.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions.
