Cafe Assistants/ Barista Wanted

Full Time / Part Time / Casual roles available - flexible hours/days - 38 hour per week

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of Noisette—serving quality coffee and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll also assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of the café, support food service, and uphold our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and high standards.

Noisette Bakery make products of the highest quality and supply wholesale customers across the Melbourne region.

We are now looking for full time/ part time/ casual experienced Cafe Assistants / Barista to join our retail cafe store in Bentleigh.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a cafe or other hospitality environment
- Barista Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Be able to communicate with front and back of house staff
- Must be available at least one weekend day

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Confident coffee production and equipment use
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy shifts
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety
- Familiarity with HACCP procedures is highly desirable
- Basic cash handling and POS skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
