**Empower and Engage Residents with Leisure and Lifestyle Programs**

Bolton Clarke's Westhaven is seeking casual Activities Officers to provide high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment. Our focus is on empowering and engaging residents to maximize their participation in leisure and lifestyle programs.

We are looking for individuals who can facilitate the development, implementation and assessment of therapeutic plans, support residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities, and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to deliver best practice care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate resident participation in leisure and lifestyle programs
  • Support residents to achieve their goals and preferences
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality care

**Requirements:**

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential)
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (required)
  • Experience working with memory support (dementia) highly desirable
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
  • Valid Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Check (valid within the last 5 years)
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Energetic and effective communicator
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
  • Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
