SA Health is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Respiratory & Sleep Team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will act as Coordinator for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) Program, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings and events
- Assisting with the design and creation of new documentation, such as reports and presentations
- Supporting other staff within the division with administrative duties
- Working cooperatively with other members of the team to achieve program goals
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven experience in the use of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and EPAS
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
