The successful candidate will act as Coordinator for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) Program, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings and events
  • Assisting with the design and creation of new documentation, such as reports and presentations
  • Supporting other staff within the division with administrative duties
  • Working cooperatively with other members of the team to achieve program goals

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in the use of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and EPAS
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
