As Australia's only end-to-end provider of renewable energy technologies, we have unmatched expertise in integrating solar, wind, battery energy storage and green hydrogen into new and existing systems.

We seek a dynamic Proposals Advisor to support our Business Development and Commercial team in tender submissions and contract commercial negotiation review administration.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the preparation of proposals, tender tracking risk profiling of solutions that service the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and management of all facets of the bid proposal through to contract allocation
  • Collation of information required for tender submissions ensuring accuracy of information for commercial agreements
  • Development understanding of emerging technologies and their economics
  • Attendance at tender client meetings
  • Engagement of stakeholders group subsidiaries suppliers for pricing technical support in the compilation of proposals

  • Ability to source consolidate information into business proposals presentations
  • Agility initiative when time-pressed
  • Collaboration participation as an active team member
  • Strong interpersonal skills translating solid working relationships
  • Passionate writing developed critical reasoning prioritization skills
