We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Buys and Loans Operator to join our team in a Casual capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport with customers, and have an interest in Technology, Gaming, Collectables, Jewellery or Tools and Hardware.

Job Description:
  • Perform day-to-day transactions in the Buys and Loans department accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets are achieved by actively seeking pricing feedback and trends.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to and understanding their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding pricing, valuation, and pawnbroking options.
  • Perform all transactions in line with company and legislative requirements.
About You:
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Interest in Technology, Gaming, Collectables, Jewellery or Tools and Hardware.
  • Ability to negotiate with customers for a win-win outcome.
  • Strong communication skills that build rapport, trust, and demonstrate compassion.
  • Able to discuss and clearly explain contract details with customers.
