Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a dynamic sales team? This role involves providing assistance to clients in-store, processing transactions, and preparing and delivering customer orders in a timely manner.

About The Job
  • Provide top-notch support to customers through various means including in-person interactions and phone calls.
  • Work collaboratively with the Rural Products sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver customer orders efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery of goods and services.

You will be responsible for receiving, dispatching, and processing incoming and outgoing inventory. Additionally, you will assist in the safe storage of rural products, including stock feed, farm equipment, vet products, and crop protection chemicals. Performing general shed and yard duties, such as stock take and stock rotation, is also part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients instore and process transactions.
  2. Prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner.
  3. Receive, dispatch and process incoming/outgoing inventory.
  4. Assist in the safe storage of rural products including stock feed, farm equipment, vet products and crop protection chemicals.
  5. Perform general shed and yard duties including stock take and stock rotation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with merchandising knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of agriculture products and seasonal differences.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication and proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with time management skills.
  • Driver's license and forklift licence (desirable).
  • Ag Chem certificate (desirable).
