Job Description

We are seeking an experienced beauty therapist to lead our team and drive client satisfaction. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our salon, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of our salon, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with regulations.
  • Advise clients on suitable treatments and answer all beauty-related questions.
  • Perform all beauty treatment requirements of customers, maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Select, train and supervise staff to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Promote loyalty cards, gift vouchers and beauty products to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the salon premises, fixtures and fittings are cleaned and well maintained.
  • Manage cash handling and reconciliation, maintaining accurate records.
  • Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, leveraging your knowledge of Medik8, Mesoestetic and Payot products.

Ultimately, you will boost our reputation by providing exceptional beauty services and exceeding client expectations. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Selection Criteria

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Salon Manager or equivalent
  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Management or equivalent
  • Previous practical experience with massages, hair removal techniques, and face therapies
  • A professional with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills
