Are you looking to join a dynamic team of engineers and stakeholders? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Lead to drive methodology of the QA teams across our organization.

You will be key in producing an efficient and effective model of Quality Assurance and implement best practice across our community. This is a fantastic chance to work with a highly passionate, fun and talented team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours.
  • Establish and maintain a QA community of practice, while providing support to the QA community.
  • Develop and support solutions to challenging problems and improve test methods.
  • Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in designing test frameworks to remove inefficiencies, identifying and removing road blocks, be involved in exploratory testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in automation and manual testing, mentoring colleagues and setting a standard of best practice, test analysis and design.
  • Demonstrated experience in test strategy development and test plan creation, including leading framework selection and adoption.
  • Demonstrated experience in JavaScript automation frameworks including developing frameworks from scratch and continuous integration /deployment processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in using cloud solutions like AWS and monitoring tools like NewRelic and SumoLogic.
