About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Lead Sales Advisor - Store Operations Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership team at our flagship store in Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the brand's values and philosophy in team and customer interactions.
- Support staff planning and hiring to build a high-performing team.
- Contribute to the implementation of ongoing learning and development programs for the store team and provide on-the-job coaching and training as needed.
- Monitor store key performance indicators to track the health of business operations.
- Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory and back-of-house processes for optimized stock levels and product flow requirements.
- Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for store systems and core processes.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting with managerial responsibilities.
- Operational retail experience in a sports or fashion environment is a strong plus.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills to proactively anticipate future store needs.
