Blaster Role at Underground Mining Operation

We are seeking a skilled Blaster to join our team in an underground mining environment. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who has an appetite for change and wants to be part of reshaping the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage explosives magazines ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Operate and maintain a license for blasting explosives.
- Maintain a valid Security Clearance (SC).
- Conduct stocktakes and account for explosives during your shift.
- Relief jumbo operators, production and cable bolt drillers as required.
- Prepare and charge development faces, longhole rises, and production stope areas.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A current SafeWork NSW Security Clearance (SC).
- A SafeWork NSW Blasting Explosives User License (BEUL) or the ability to achieve the license.
- Demonstrate knowledge and competence in safe and efficient blasting practices.
