About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to clients in Frankston and surrounding areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personal care services such as showering, cleaning, shopping, and companionship
  • Supporting clients with daily living activities and promoting their independence
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care or Cert IV Disability
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Recent Police Check (within 3 months)
  • Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Driver's Licence to drive in Australia
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
