About You

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in funeral planning or related fields, such as grief and trauma support, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances and effectively communicate with those who are grieving.
  • Ability to work with empathy, sensitivity, and tact when interacting with individuals who are distressed.
  • Strong self-awareness and understanding of personal strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
