Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs and providing prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Offer superior service to customers through prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional interactions
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments etc.
  • Cash Management: Support cash management responsibilities such as balancing, shipment, and reconciliation
  • Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and concerns, properly escalating concerns to supervisor
  • Account Services: Perform other account services for customers such as wire transfers, assess or waive fees, close accounts, comply with customer's overdraft option request and document information on our system

Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in financial services, retail/customer service or cash handling environment
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, technically savvy with PCs and email systems
