Chief Financial Services Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our corporate finance team. This role will provide support to our financial accountants and director in delivering key corporate services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and review ledger accounts, preparing reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements and assist with collation of statutory returns including BAS, FBT and Payroll Tax.
- Assist with maintaining asset registers, processing additions, disposals, depreciation and coordinating cyclical stock takes.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and two years' relevant work experience.
- CPA or CANZ current membership, or eligibility for membership.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial controls, accounting standards and taxation legislation.
- Strong computer literacy and reconciliation skills, with attention to detail and experience with computer-based financial systems.
