Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and support branch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized solutions, assessing customer needs, and processing financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional interactions with customers
  • Refer customers to relevant staff members or departments as needed
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately
  • Support branch cash responsibilities, including balancing, shipping, and reconciliation
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary
  • Process debit card requests, complete stop payments, and check holds for new and existing customers
  • Perform other account services, such as wire transfers, fee assessment or waiver, account closure, and overdraft option implementation
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in financial services, retail/customer service, or cash handling environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
  • Technical aptitude with PCs and email systems
