Job Title: Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing purchasing teams within a fast-paced environment and possess strong negotiation skills.

About the Role

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the national procurement strategy across direct and indirect categories (materials, packaging, logistics, services)
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, balancing cost, quality, service, and supply continuity in a dynamic environment
  • Executing end-to-end sourcing: market scans, RFI/RFP/RFQ, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
  • Building robust SRM and vendor performance frameworks (OTIF, quality, service, risk, sustainability)
  • Partnering with Operations, Planning/S&OP, Finance, QA, People, and Culture to align demand, manage risk, and optimize working capital
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Team leadership and development
  • Negotiation and contract management
  • SRM and vendor performance management
  • Supply chain risk management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in a senior procurement role
  • Proven management of purchasing teams within a manufacturing/assembled environment
  • Solid grasp of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) fundamentals and ERP integration
  • Strategic procurement mindset with a track record of best-practice process implementation
  • Strong RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and vendor management capability
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Highly commercial, data-driven, and financially literate
