Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and support a team to deliver high-quality procurement outcomes services.
- Partner with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and improve commercial outcomes.
- Provide subject matter expertise in procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes.
- Apply category management principles to identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive value.
- Oversee sourcing activities from strategy development to contract award, ensuring governance and probity.
- Manage supply panel, supplier relationships, and contract performance to ensure value realisation and service excellence.
- Track and report on procurement benefits, value creation, and key performance indicators.
- You will need proven experience in procurement leadership roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
- You must have strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in category management, sourcing, and contract management is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement is required.
- Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management are desirable.
- You will need 5+ years experience in procurement category management and/or business partnering in a large complex organisation.
