Job Title:

Caring Professional for Children's Development

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a casual Caring Professional for Children's Development in our Kids' Early Learning team. The role focuses on planning and implementing activities that support the growth and learning of children in our care, while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs of developmentally appropriate activities that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and services
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma in Community Services (Children's Services) or equivalent qualifications specified by relevant legislation
  • Completion of Child Protection Course - Identify and respond to children at risk of harm
  • Current certificate in CPR and first aid
  • Working with Children Check clearance valid for paid work
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 12 months relevant work experience in childcare or a related field
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing childcare services
