As a Vehicle Dispatch Assistant Manager, you will:

You will provide leadership to the Vehicle Dispatch team, contributing to Learning & Development material and training programs. You will support the Vehicle Dispatch Manager and be responsible for escalated customer requests/enquiries/complaints.

You will train staff in line with current policies and procedures, developing direct reports and maintaining KPIs including Learning & Development compliance, customer service, rostering, reports, and business improvement.

Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service and communication while achieving operational excellence.
