This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver fitness programs that meet the needs of our members. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop customized plans to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

You will also be responsible for teaching group fitness classes, conducting inductions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the gym floor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of fitness principles and exercise techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
