Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Food and Beverage Attendant who is eager to contribute to our guests' memorable dining experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service and ensuring that our patrons enjoy a delightful culinary journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Accurately take orders and offer recommendations tailored to guests' tastes.
  • Efficiently deliver food and beverages, ensuring prompt service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables in accordance with our standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with a proactive and positive demeanor.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Handle payment transactions and manage cash with precision.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Positive mindset and eagerness to develop within the hospitality sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • RSA Certification is required.
