Centre Leadership Opportunity

Our Centre Managers play a vital role in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional services to young people aged 12-25 years. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, administrative support staff, and consortium partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality youth-centered supports.
  2. Implement and maintain all aspects of the headspace centre service model, focusing on the Family and Friends aspect of the model and key enabling components.
  3. Develop and manage operational systems to maximize efficiency and meet funding deliverables.
  4. Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, including performance reviews and disciplinary action.
  5. Engage in multidisciplinary and cross-sector initiatives and partnerships with a wide range of professionals, organizations, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  1. Degree-level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related health disciplines.
  2. Proven experience in leading complex planning and service development environments.
  3. Effective management of staff and team performance, including recruitment, supervision, and performance development.
  4. Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth-friendly, family-focused mental health services.
  5. A 'C' class Open driver licence and State Working with Children Check.
