Join a dynamic team and take on the exciting role of Digital Advertising Strategist. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global retail and beauty brand based in Perth, Western Australia.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching, managing and optimising SEM, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest campaigns. Daily optimisation tasks will involve creating new campaigns, conducting keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation and ad copy optimisation.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Launching, managing and optimising SEM, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest campaigns
  • Performing daily optimisation tasks including creating new campaigns, conducting keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation and ad copy optimisation
  • Regularly conducting and keeping records of conversion optimisation tests (A/B, split testing, etc.) and learnings each month to continually improve ad performance
  • Working with the design team to get best-practice creative and content to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Using data and analytics (sales, performance, Google Analytics, etc.) to effectively determine opportunities for growth and conversion rate optimisation to achieve maximum ROAS

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
  • The ability to think on your feet and be a confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven success in PPC/SEM and paid media campaign management
  • Experience utilising Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Data Studio
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • An experimental and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with SEO would also be beneficial
  • Relevant university degree or certifications
