Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement paid campaigns, analyze customer feedback, and provide expert guidance on social media best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our social media channels to increase engagement and reach
  • Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns using industry-leading tools
  • Analyze customer feedback and online trends to inform future content planning and improvements
  • Provide expert guidance and training on social media best practices across the organization
  • Monitor performance using data analytics and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or business
  • Considerable experience in social media marketing, digital engagement channels, and community management within a large complex organization
  • Experience utilizing various social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management and monitoring solutions
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and platform management
