SafetyCulture is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join our team as a Director of Engineering. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and fostering innovation within our engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to our engineering team, driving high-quality product delivery and technical excellence.
- Partner with our People team to attract and engage top talent, fostering a collaborative and ambitious culture.
- Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiency, ensuring high velocity execution of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product, support, and GTM teams, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Assist the GTM org in landing and serving our biggest customers, ensuring successful product adoption.
- Partner with the Product org to deliver solutions that keep SafetyCulture competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including experience overseeing an engineering org of 20+.
- Strong record of hiring and developing great, diverse talent.
- Proven ability to motivate teams by working with managers and directly with engineers.
- Experience delivering and maintaining B2B web apps, with some consumer-facing product experience preferred.
- Strong technical mastery in software engineering, with a willingness to learn and improve.
