Cucina and Co is a renowned dining establishment seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.

About You



  • You hold a relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher, or have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • You possess proven experience as a chef in a reputable restaurant and have comprehensive knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
  • You are able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • You possess strong communication and teamwork abilities


Responsibilities



  • You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Cucina and Co's menu
  • You will ensure consistent and high-quality food presentation
  • You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • You will manage and train kitchen staff as required
  • You will monitor food stock and place orders as needed
  • You will adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen


Compensation


We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes opportunities for career growth and professional development.



Location


The position will be based at our restaurant located in Melbourne, VIC.
