Occupational Therapist Job

Grampians Health offers a permanent full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapist Grade 2 in our Horsham/Edenhope location. This role requires delivering evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention, prioritizing clients based on clinical need, and coordinating care with internal and external health services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients.
  • Prioritize clients based on clinical need and eligibility criteria.
  • Coordinate care with internal and external health services to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff and students to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of clinical activities and patient information.
  • Participate in team meetings and community presentations to promote the organization's work and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Valid Victorian driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Interest in rural and regional healthcare delivery to make a positive impact in the community.
