Director Role Overview

The Director will lead the strategic, scientific and operational aspects of a Snow Centre for Immune Health. This involves working closely with senior leadership teams to oversee research and clinical programs, foster cross-disciplinary collaborations, secure external funding, and translate research into clinical outcomes.

This role requires the ability to hold a joint appointment with two institutions, overseeing responsibilities across both.

About the Centre

We are establishing the Snow Centre for Immune Health in partnership with the Snow Medical Research Foundation. The centre will bring together leading Australian and international researchers with a shared mission to transform how we research and treat the immune system.

Our goal is to accelerate discoveries into the underlying features and markers of immune health, identify disease causes early, and target appropriate treatment.

About the Opportunity

The Director will be responsible for leading the development of research initiatives that align with our mission and objectives. They will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of research projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex research projects and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
