The Design Lead role plays a pivotal part in driving the company's mission to help customers build faster, smarter, and safer.

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating production, reviewing and approving stair flight shop drawings, along with other associated product drawings. This involves leading a small team within the Stairs and Handrail Detailing division.

The successful candidate will have solid design management experience, preferably with a background in construction or steel fabrication. They will be responsible for:

  • Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure products are manufactured precisely in accordance with approved shop drawings and meet client expectations.
  • Maintaining thorough records by systematically archiving all project-specific documentation, correspondence, and revisions for future reference and quality assurance.

In this position, you will inspire and drive the team to achieve business goals, while fostering collaboration and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
