We utilise the latest diagnostic technology to ensure the highest level of professional eye care.

**The Role**:
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a part-time Optical Assistant. This customer-focused position will make you one of the 'Faces of our Practice' - the first point of contact for our valued patients.

**Hours**:

- Guaranteed 16-20 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours
- Every second Saturday morning (until 1pm)
- Work schedule designed to promote work/life balance

**What You'll Need**:

- Strong communication skills - written, face-to-face, and phone
- Retail experience (optical retail preferred but not essential)
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and professional with a mature outlook
