Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented Design Manager to lead our Menswear design team.

As a key member of our design leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of design strategies that meet our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, trend forecasting, and team leadership.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and graphic designers.
  • Collaborate with merchandise teams to develop new products and ranges.
  • Identify and interpret global and market trends to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in design and forecasting.
  • Deep experience in developing and coordinated ranges.
  • Experience in leading high-performing design teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator CS and Adobe Photoshop CS.
  • Tertiary or equivalent level qualification in fashion design or related field.
