Job Opportunity: Design Room Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Room Manager to lead our design team. As a key member of our fashion brand, you will be responsible for overseeing the design room to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and meeting deadlines, excellent leadership and communication skills, and strong knowledge of menswear fashion trends and styles.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design room to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines

  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop new collections and designs

  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of design production

  • Lead a team of junior designers and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a design management role in the fashion industry

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and meeting deadlines

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of menswear fashion trends and styles
