The Role

Join the Country Road Menswear team as the Planner for the department across Menswear Apparel for Australia.

**Please note that this role is 12 month contract on 4 days week**

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Merchandise Manager of Menswear this role is responsible for stock management and forecasting against key business KPIs to deliver the company financial targets
- Project future sales by identifying opportunity and risk at category level and make decisions in season to trade the business
- Establish budgets for sales, markdowns, purchases, stock levels, stock turn, margin % and margin dollar for menswear across apparel & accessories
- Provide the product teams with a framework and option plan for future seasons
- Lead a Planning Analyst to manage the allocation and replenishment of stock and assist with merchandise analysis and core flow styles
- A strong understanding of the merchandise planning function
- Previous merchandise planning experience, having operated at a planner level with prior leadership experience
- Advanced excel skills and an ability to use planning systems effectively
- Strong commercial and retail knowledge
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
