  • Building and nurturing effective relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Engineering principles relevant to bulk handling and storage, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory matters in operations, including fertiliser and bulk logistics industries
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the Fertiliser industry, with a background in developing and managing 3PL relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
