We are seeking a highly skilled Dry Bulk Specialist to join our Melbourne office.

The Position

This key role will involve monitoring and optimizing the performance of dry cargo vessels, as well as maintaining daily contact and coordination with vessels, agents, internal stakeholders, charterers, and owners to ensure smooth operation.

Working collaboratively as part of a diverse global team, you will contribute to our goal of being an industry leader and a reliable partner. We prioritize building long-term relationships with customers and counterparts while continuously improving efficiency, productivity, and reducing voyage expenses.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid permit for living and working in Australia. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the dry bulk sector is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong work ethic.

You should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities, including managing vessels, projects, and assignments. Proficiency in IT systems and processes, particularly IMOS and SEDNA, is highly valued.
