Senior Associate, Project Finance

We are seeking a senior associate to join our project finance team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will support the origination and execution of complex transactions across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the credit quality of debt transactions across power & renewables, infrastructure & PPP, and natural resources sectors.
  • Compile credit papers, RFP submissions, assist with loan structuring, pitches, and sector research and business development materials.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive investor/bank network in the Asia-Pacific market.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, syndications, risk, financial markets, portfolio teams, and other internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project finance or complex debt transactions and financial models.
  • Commercial insight and collaborative energy.
  • Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
