Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Professional. As a key member of our Payment Settlements Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support mission-critical systems by completing daily operational and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide high-quality support to internal users and external stakeholders, including SWIFT, FSS, and RITS members.
  • Monitor systems to identify potential issues early on and facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Assist with the timely resolution of production system incidents.
  • Develop and maintain support procedures, user guides, and other operational documentation as needed.

This position requires rotation shifts, and some overtime or irregular hours may be necessary with minimal notice.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an operations role within a financial institution, supporting and/or administering business systems.
  • Proven experience in customer service or help desk environments, providing high-quality support for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work productively with other staff and as part of a team.
  • Proven aptitude for analyzing and resolving operational problems.
Team Information

Payment System Operations are undertaken by a large team working across two sites. This position is based at Bella Vista and works closely with Assistant Managers, Business Officers, and other Senior Business Professionals to ensure daily operations are completed efficiently and effectively.
