Job Overview:

About the Role:
  • Financial Performance: Contribute to month-end deliverables, prepare key finance reports, and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
  • Financial Governance: Manage pricing schedules, customer invoicing, contract budget funding requests, and coordinate financial inputs for government grant applications. Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with auditors.
  • Cash and Treasury Management: Monitor and report on daily cash balances, assist with cash flow management, and ensure timely bank payments are processed.
  • Finance Team Administration: Document, adhere to, and update finance procedures and processes. Contribute to policy renewal and ensure fit-for-purpose finance controls are in place.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting degree (desired)
  • CPA or CA professional qualifications (or working towards, desired)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industry/role
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional assertiveness, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong analytical decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence
  • Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (as required for Risk Assessed Role)
