The Role

We have a casual cleaning position at Canberra Centre.

This role requires individuals with commercial or retail cleaning experience who are proactive and able to work independently. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas are well-presented and cleaned to a high standard
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques
  • Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper)
  • Adhere to safe working practices and maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Walk for lengthy periods and lift up to 20kg
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Work flexible hours and public holidays as required
  • Hold valid work rights in Australia
