Overview

Airside Team Member (Customer Delivery Driver) at dnata, Canberra, ACT. Full-time position delivering catering on aircraft at Canberra Airport.

What you'll do
  • Short distance driving and basic vehicle checks, including refueling.
  • Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens; follow up on discrepancies.
  • Guide and position trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Coordinate with airline cabin crew for servicing and delivery handover.
  • Coordinate with dispatch on aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.
  • Administrative documentation, reporting and general cleaning duties as required.
What we require
  • Clean MR or HR driver's license.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Safety-first mindset; awareness of surroundings and proper techniques per training.
  • Flexibility around flight schedules.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Clear National Police Check (due to aviation services industry).
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week (full-time).
