Office Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Office Administrator to join our team in Caloundra. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and directing enquiries to the appropriate department or office
  • Greeting clients and carers upon arrival at the office
  • Communicating with clients and their families regarding our services
  • Collaborating with carers to collect compliance items
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee information
  • Liaising with all office staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Performing various administrative tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
  • A high level of communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of administrative duties
  • Proficiency in standard computer programs and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • The capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • A basic understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, and Health systems
  • Customer service experience in the industry
  • National Police Check and current Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid/CPR certificates
