This is a full-time nursing opportunity in our Mental Health Inpatient Unit, working closely with patients to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Contribute to delivering patient-centered care and achieving meaningful outcomes for the local community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and share expertise with colleagues to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with mental health consumers, including those with co-morbidities; inpatient experience preferred.
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice for individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
