As a Mental Health Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

This role is ideal for an experienced mental health professional who has a passion for leadership and wants to develop their skills in this area. You will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and other support staff, working closely with the Deputy Director to ensure our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of clinicians and other support staff to deliver high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures reflecting best practice and meeting client needs
  • Collaborate with other teams and services within the Local Health District to ensure our services are integrated and effective
  • Provide coaching and supervision to team members supporting their development and well-being
