We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the role of Aboriginal Mental Health Liaison Officer within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving access to mental health services for Aboriginal young people, their families, and carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage children, young people, and their families in our service and link them to appropriate community resources.
- Identify service gaps and systemic issues impacting upon service access for Aboriginal young people and their families, and implement strategies to address these gaps.
