Job Title: Operations Centre Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Centre Analyst. In this role, you will provide Level 1 helpdesk support within a NOC environment, escalating complex issues to senior staff while providing fantastic customer service at all times.

About the Role:

  • Provide Level 1 helpdesk support, logging IT tickets and basic troubleshooting
  • Provide over the phone support for basic network-related issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on a rotating roster that includes overnight, weekends, and public holidays
  • Enthusiasm to break into the IT industry
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Driven to learn and wants to complete certifications
  • Strong communication both written and verbally
