Our palliative care service provides in-home care to people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses. Our multidisciplinary team includes allied health professionals, doctors, and nurses who work together to deliver holistic care to patients and their families.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our supportive Allied Health team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. You will work closely with patients, families, and carers to provide quality physiotherapy services using a holistic approach and being an integral part of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing physiotherapy services to patients and their families
• Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and carers

Requirements:

• Current registration as a physiotherapist with the relevant professional body
• Experience working in palliative care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
