Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Case Manager to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our Personal Injury division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret legislation, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.

  • Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.
  • Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers
  • Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with the NT Return to Work legislation

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
