Operations Excellence Manager Opportunity

Spearhead operational excellence across a prestigious industrial portfolio, leading a high-performing team and driving strategic outcomes.

  • Manage and develop a team of 6 facilities managers on a large portfolio of commercial and logistics assets.

  • Hands-on management of 10 of your own assets, with a focus on contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works, and lifecycle planning.

  • Act as the state lead and key client interface, delivering strategic insights and ensuring exceptional service outcomes.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience leading facilities management operations across commercial, industrial, or logistics portfolios.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and influence at a strategic level.

  • A strong leadership style focused on mentorship, continuous improvement, and team success.

  • Robust understanding of risk, compliance, WHS, and lifecycle asset planning.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and service contracts at scale.
