Environmental Approvals Specialist

About the Role:
The Senior / Associate Principal Environmental Approvals Consultant will provide expert advice and guidance on environmental approvals and assessments, leveraging their technical knowledge and business acumen to drive business growth and deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and technical advice on environmental approvals and assessments to clients across various sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business development and project delivery.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality environmental assessments and approvals.
- Contribute to thought leadership activities, authoring papers, presenting at events, and sharing expertise through social media and other channels.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental approvals and assessments, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Proven business development skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental approvals and assessments, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
